Can u please briefly let me know how do I file the claim for Medicare Part A?
Medicare Part A claims (Inpatient Hospital care) are filed using form UB04 form. I haven't done any billing for Part A but understand filling out the UB04 can be overwhelming if you haven't done it before. It looks very different from the CMS-1500.
If you're looking for a how-to guide Solutions sells a Quick and Easy Guide to Filling Out The UB04 Forms which is geared towards billers. I've found their ebooks to be very helpful.
